About Us
Created From Experience. Built With Purpose.
LifeDocs was founded on a simple belief:
The greatest gift you can leave your family is not just what you built — it’s the clarity and guidance to protect it.
LifeDocs was created after seeing the same heartbreaking situation happen too often: families who had planned for the future but were left unprepared when that future unexpectedly arrived.
Our story comes from two different perspectives — the professional who helped families navigate loss, and the survivor who experienced it firsthand.
Our Mission
Turning Preparation Into Protection.
LifeDocs exists to bridge the gap between planning and preparedness.
A trust is powerful.
A will is important.
Financial planning matters.
But those tools only work when the people you leave behind have the information, clarity, and direction they need.
Our mission is to organize life’s most important details into one thoughtful, personalized system — helping families replace uncertainty with confidence.
Why We Do This
Because Love Is in the Details.
Throughout life, we spend years working hard to provide for the people we care about.
We build homes.
We grow careers.
We create memories.
We protect our families.
LifeDocs helps ensure everything you worked for is organized and accessible when your loved ones need it most.
Your legacy is more than what you leave behind.
It’s how you leave it behind.
Our Promise
Every family has a different story.
That’s why every LifeDocs experience is personal, private, and thoughtfully designed around you.
We approach every client relationship with:
✓ Compassion
✓ Privacy
✓ Professionalism
✓ Attention to detail
✓ Respect for your family’s legacy
We don’t create your estate plan.
We help make sure the plan you created can actually protect the people it was designed for.
Chase’s Story
When Planning Wasn’t Enough.
After spending 10 years as a financial advisor, LifeDocs founder Chase worked closely with families protecting their futures. Many of his clients did everything they were supposed to do.
They established trusts.
They created wills.
They built investment accounts.
They purchased insurance.
On paper, they were prepared.
But when a loved one passed away, Chase often received the difficult phone call from a surviving spouse who felt completely overwhelmed.
They weren’t asking complicated financial questions, they were asking where to begin.
Where are the important documents?
What accounts exist?
Who do I call?
What decisions have already been made?
What happens next?
Although Chase could help guide families through portions of the process, he repeatedly saw a missing piece: families needed a complete roadmap before life’s hardest moments arrived.
That realization became the foundation for LifeDocs.

Jenn's Story
Understanding the Other Side
When I unexpectedly lost my husband at a young age, I quickly learned that grief affects far more than your heart—it affects your ability to think clearly.
Suddenly, I was faced with questions I never imagined having to answer. Where were the important documents? How would I access our accounts? What were his wishes? Simple tasks became overwhelming during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
Looking back, having one secure place for our essential documents, account information, and final wishes would have brought clarity when everything else felt uncertain.
That's why I believe in LifeDocs.
LifeDocs is more than a document organization service—it's a gift of preparation, guidance, and peace of mind. It's a way to protect the people you love by making life's hardest moments just a little easier to navigate.
One of us witnessed the problem. One of us lived it. Together, we created LifeDocs to help families face life's most difficult moments with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
